Ribbon Blender |

We use materials of stainless steel or mild steel to manufacture our ribbon blender and its sides. Various components of the blender include :
- Stainless steel / mild steel centre shaft which is fitted with specially designed agitator blades. It provides the contra flow action.
- Their drive comprises of a gear box coupled with a heavy-duty motor
- Stuffing boxes on its either ends to prevent leakage
- Hopper and a discharge for loading and unloading of the processed material
- A couple of ribbons
The inner ribbon continuously circulates the material and outer ribbon moves the ingredients in the blender.
