The product is based on pure acrylic emulsion that offers excellent protection for exterior masonry. The thermoplastic film formed on the surface is hard and offers excellent adhesion concrete, plastered surface, kadappa, wood etc. Usually after a period of 1-2 years, cement paint show developments of cracks which is not observed on Eekay Acrylic TopEx Ultra.
