Experience :
After graduation, B.E. (Mech) Joined M/s. Walchandnagar Industries Ltd., Walchandnagar, as special Management Trainee Engineer. The training was for 2 years, Covering all the departments of the industry. Worked as Group leader of centrifugal, Structural, Layout / foundations & piping milling station etc. And finally working as Incharage of Drawing & Design Section of Sugar Machinery Manufacturing Division.
In October 1975, joined National Sugar Institute, Kalyanpur, Kanpur as Chief Engineer (Design) & head of the of the Department of Design & Development activity, advise to sugar facilities, to solve their problem, all over the country, was the assignment left the service in August 1978.
Since Sept. 1978 heading our own Organization - working as Consulting Engineers, Project & Design Engineers to Sugar Industry. The detail list of work done, in various Sugar facilities is separately enclosed.
Closely associates with M/s Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune & Deccan Sugar Technologists A ssociation, Shivajinagar, Pune worked as Engineering Committee Member & Technical paper selection committee of DSTA.
Research Paper :
Three research papers published while working at National Sugar Institute, Kanpur. Paper on - Lubrication & Lubricants - DSTA - 1992 Convention.
Special Activities :
Complete Sugar Refinery Machinery designed for Export order of Malasia while working at Walchandnagar Industries Ltd., Walchandnagar.
Various items - conntinous vacuum pan, continuous sulphiter, Khandsari equipments, palm candy crystalliser are developed at N.S.I. Kanpur.

Advantages of Our
Continuous Vacuum Pan
• Feeding of Grain, Magma, Molasses is uniform
• Mixing of above material is uniform
•
Hence crystal will be uniform
• Massecuite circulation is very good. Circulation ratio is less than two.
• Heating surface to volume ratio maintained according to rate of evaporations
• No dead pockets, in any compartments, uniform flow of massecuite from compartments to compartment

Steam distribution is good, to all area of pan calandria
• Condensate collection is also good
• Inclined calandria is better for massecuite circulation, and condensate collection.

Non condensable gas removal is better.
