We started our activity in the field of magnetics i.e.
Manufacturing impulse Magnetizers, demagnetizers magnet calibrators, digital
gauss meters, digital Flux meters in 1990 and have gained good reputation
in these years by gaining a Wide range of prestigious customers in automobile
loudspeakers, meters, and magnets.
We have developed many types of custom built microprocessor
based calibration systems required for magnet based instruments like ELCB,
energy meters, speedometers etc. For fast production and greater accuracy.
Due to the increasing demands in the automobile and meter
industry we have got a good experience in automation and handling of magnetizing
and calibrating equipments.
Today we can cater to customers using rare earth magnet based
systems requiring huge magnetizing machines of the order of 50000 joules and
above working at voltages in the order of 1000 - 2000 - 3000 v. |

Magnetizers for Magnetizing Multipolar Magnet Based Magnetos
Required In Automobiles. |
These Equipments work on the principle of Capacitor Discharge hence Creating
Large Unidirectional Currents into small Magnetization Fixtures which gives
rise to Magnetic Induction in the Permanent Magnets of Ferrite Alnico and
rare Earths. As the magnetization head (fixture) is a very vital part of the
Magnetizing Unit care is taken for its cooling.
There is a facility for sensing the Magnetic Flux after the Magnetization
level in the Magneto at the first stage of the Magnetization itself thereby
saving the time required for testing the Magneto separately for Saturation.
Also provision is made for sensing the fixture temperature and Auto cutoff
thereby saving the fixture from Burning due to heat generated in it. This
facility gives a long life for the Magnetizing Fixture.
The Magnetizer Machines for such type of application come along with built
in Air-conditioning systems, Direct on Line Flux Checking systems and Automation
for loading and Unloading of work piece into the Magnetization Fixture.
Magnetizers are made as per Customer requirement in terms of Capacity and
rate of Production. |

Magnetizers for Magnetizing Permanent Magnets
DC Motors |
These equipments work on the Principle of Capacitor Discharge thereby generating
Large Undirectional Currents into Coils and Fixtures which create Magnetization
of Ferrite, Alnico or rare Earth Magnet based DC Motors.
Magnetizers are designed for a capacity ranging from 300 joules to 45000 joules
with working voltages ranging from 300 v DC to 1500 v DC. Also the Working
Duty Cycles are matched ranging from minimum of 3 sec. per pulse for Magnetizers
of Capacity 300 joules to 3000 joules. Electronic Rapid Charge and Discharge
Circuits make it possible to operate the Magnetizers at such a fast rate.
Microprocessor based Interfacing is possible for Automated and Semi Automated
systems for fast production cycles in case of Loud Speakers, Magnetos in Automobiles,
and Residual Current Circuit Brakers in Switch Gear Industry.
Magnetizers also can be designed to the Customer requirement with additional
indications and controls for the Magnetization Fixtures.
Magntization Fixtures for two pole, four pole and 6 pole are Fabricated for
different starter motors required in Automobiles and CNC Automatic Machines
which are Magnetized after the Motors are Assembled. These help in very low
rejections and very simple to magnetize.
