GRUPS Custom-built Low Voltage Switchboard is available in a
range from 100A to 2100A with Short-circuit Withstand Protection up to
100kA. It is also available in different forms, suiting a customer's need
and application. Its state-of-the-art, fully tested design ensures safety,
power-saving and simplicity.

The switchboard is type tested up to 2000Amps, 75kA at 415V, |

The switchboard is a free standing design that is both available either
for indoor or outdoor application; the degree of protection is upto IP54 |

It can be front or rear accessible and can be bottom or top cable entry.
Removable gland plate is provided for the cable entry. Aluminum gland
plate can be provided upon request for easier installation of cable gland
and to provide corrosion resistance even after punching at the site. |

Busbars are of tin-plated copper. Silver plated copper and Busbars with PVC sleeves can also be provided upon request. |

The Motor Control Center is subdivided in three functional
compartments. The Busbar compartment, where the main horizontal
and vertical busbar are located. The Equipment compartment, And the
Cable compartment, where the termination is located which is design
for fast and comfortable cabling. |

The modules are of draw-out or fixed versions. The maximum rating
for draw-out version is up to 225A. For higher rating of motors, fixed
version will be used. |

Distribution Boards up to 400Amps |

The GRUPS Custom-built Distribution Board (MB Type) is
available in a range from 100A to 400A. Its modular design provides
complete flexibility to the customers at the time of installation. It serves
as a complete solution for the distribution of power.

The distribution board is a wall mounted design that is both available
either for indoor or outdoor application. |

It is a group mounted type with the selection of internal separation. |

Enclosure is made of 1.6mm thick electro-galvanized steel sheet with
a high quality polyester powder coated finish with a variety of selection
for the paint shade such as RAL 7035, RAL 7032, RAL 7033 and ANSI
61. Other shades can be provided upon request. |

Good front accessibility for cabling that can be bottom or top entry and

Capacitor Panels |

The capacitor bank is a free standing design that is both available
either for indoor or outdoor application. |

The automatic power factor controller identifies the output of the
capacitor stages installed and connects or disconnects them in the
optimum manner as required by the actual mains condition. |

Power capacitor is complete with discharge modules that can
discharge the capacitor at less than 50V in 60 seconds. |

Each step as a complete module is comprises of shock coils
reactance, fuses, contactor, and capacitor with discharge module. |
