The Single Point Diamond Dressers is more versatile dressing tool, which is used for turning and dressing of grinding wheel. They are made of carefully selected raw diamonds mounted in holders by means of special bonds. The dressing tool takes care of two main functions, it removes abrasive grains which have become completely worn out, and it recreates the correct geometric shape of the grinding wheel. |

Needle Type
In this Blade Type Diamond Dressers, Needle shaped diamonds are carefully selected and set manually in an appropriate pattern in several layers. The uniform thickness of the diamond needles and setting pattern ensure a constant effective width of the blade over the whole tool life to get constantly high surface finish.

MULTIPOINT DIAMOND DRESSERS |
|
Multipoint Diamond Dressers consist of number of natural diamonds of a good crystal character fixed into a special wear resistant bond. The diamonds can be arranged in different pattern in single layer or multiple layers depending upon the field of operation. Several diamond points in contact with the wheel face, reduce the unit pressure on each point resulting in a longer tool life with full utilization. Multipoint dressers are used for large wide grinding wheels.
