Bolt used is of half thread to increase its load bearing capacity. Accurately grinded (Tolerance of-03 is maintained between the bearing ID and bush) central bush is used to give free rotational movement to the wheel. Nylon side spacers are used to prevent the wheel from any side ways movement. Dust preventing caps are provided in all the wheels to prevent dust and foreign practical entering the bearing area. Overall an accurate fitting is made to give the wheel smooth running for longer period. Spring washers or self locking nuts are used to prevent loosening of nut due to shocks in running condition.

| Pressed Steel Castors : |

Premier offers Pressed Steel Swivel Castors with double thrust bearing. Castors are fitted with special hollow rivet which itself acts as racing as one of the thrust bearing. The design, Which allows accommodating extra number of balls in the same area, gives a smooth movement even at heavy loads. This is because load gets divided among more no. of balls. It is also robust and have a completely integrated sealed system which eliminates the problem of balls coming out the castor. These are made of HR sheets (IS:2062) and are available in different finishes depending on the customers choice viz. Zinc Plating, Paint, Powder coating and Chrome plating. Swivel and wheel lock can also be provided with these castors.

Pressed Steel Fix Castors are available matching the overall height and load carrying capacities of different swivel castors.
Light Duty Pressed Steel Castors (PSS):
These castors are made of 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm thick HR steel and suitable for load up to 200kgs of trolley load.
