2005 – Company established with production of only tubular battery plates.
2006 - Battery assembly with heat sealing technology started.
Tower model (TT) introduced.
2007 – Marching towards ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
All types of batteries required for Invertors & UPS applications as well as stationary applications made from tubular battery plates of different sizes are manufactured at our plant. All processes are monitored at every stage ensuring very high quality with latest testing equipments for, life cycle test, rated capacity at 5/10/20 hours etc. The batteries selected randomly are put through a series of tests. |
The rated capacities and longer life are ensured during these tests. High corrosion resistant plates with low antimony alloy consisting of selenium and Silver along with other necessary elements are the important parts of the batteries. Silver gives extra protection to the grids from corrosion resulting in a longer life of the battery. Special lead is used for strap casting for better quality squeeze welding. INDUSTRIAL SLEEVES |
Industrial Sleeves with 100 angular rib profile manufactured by world
leader Dynamic, newly introduced in Indian Market are
used.
These
sleeves have very high puncture resistance, low pore diameter, and
very low electrical resistance. This eliminates shorts through the sleeves.
Sleeving negative ensures no shorts occur between negative and positive plate,
during service life, resulting in more battery life.

PLATE |
The both positive and negative battery plates are made from an alloy
of low antimony, selenium and arsenic, with silver added for extra
corrosion resistance. These features ensure that frequent topping
up is not necessary and at the same time the plates have a longer life.
Addition of red lead in positive plates ensures quick formation & it is
added advantage in Deep Discharge applications.

| GROUP WELDING |
Inter-straps and End-straps of special lead duly cast on gravity casting
machine at a controlled temperature are used for group assembly.
|
|
CONTAINER |
Top quality PPCP containers sourced from world renowned / reputed
manufacturers are used in this assembly.
Re-inforced Polypropylene
containers are used to provide higher impact
resistance and safeguard
against damage.
|
|
| BOXING |
All assembled groups are then boxed in the punched
container serially to have a 12 V assembly.
Here, boxing is done with utmost care.
