Established in the year 1980 with an objective to manufacture Solar Water Heating System. Government of India had several incentive, scheme to Promote the Solar Energy based equipment and the user was benefitted by this Promotional Cash Subsidy available from the Government.

India being the tropical country and during the winter season Solar Energy based heating system has very good market potential. Thus till middle of 1994 Solar Water Heating Systems installation and utilization reached to its peak.
